I stand behind everything I sell. If you don't like the item when you receive it for any reason, please contact me. You will have 5 days to return or exchange.
If the size is wrong upon receipt, please let me know immediately so we can facilitate an exchange.
All orders are customized in some way starting with size. Bracelets are made to order in sizes Small (7"), Medium (8") and Large (9"). To measure for bracelets, use a piece of yarn tied loosely around your wrist, but not too loosely that it slips off. Leave a little room for "dangle" or use a bracelet you like and measure against a ruler.
Most items can be made with varying stones, i.e. different colors and sizes. If you don't see something, please ask!!!
If an item breaks, as accidents sometimes happen, within the first 60 days, please contact me and we can coordinate repair or replacement.
